What you can bring

Areas where therapy can offer support

Sometimes the request is clear, and sometimes it starts as a vague feeling that life has become harder. Both are enough to begin.

Relationships and communication

Recurring conflicts, difficulty with closeness, feeling misunderstood, or exhaustion in connection with others.

Self-understanding

A wish to hear yourself more clearly, understand your boundaries, emotions, motivations, and inner contradictions.

Transitions and crises

Life re-evaluation, difficult decisions, personal transitions, loss of stability, or a broader inner crisis.

Anxiety and self-doubt

Fears, anxious thoughts, intrusive worries, insecurity, and difficulty tolerating emotional tension.

How sessions work

A simple and steady format

You do not need to formulate the perfect request in advance. It is enough to write a few words about what is happening, and we can arrange a first meeting.

01

First contact

You write via Telegram, WhatsApp, or email. I reply and offer available time slots.

02

Online session

I work online via Zoom. A standard session lasts 55 minutes.

03

Regular rhythm

Most often, sessions take place once a week to support continuity and depth in the process.

Questions

A few practical notes before we begin

Is therapy a good fit if I have never tried it before?

Yes. No preparation is required for the first meeting. We can start with whatever feels most present or difficult right now and clarify the request together.

How often do sessions usually take place?

Once a week is often the most supportive rhythm, though the format can be discussed individually when needed.

Can the work be fully online?

Yes. Online sessions can work very well for regular therapy when you have a private space and a stable internet connection.
